While designing our new protective shoes, we faced a significant challenge: the absence of a zipper in the market that fulfilled our unique specifications. To overcome this, our skilled designers initiated the development of a novel zipper, designed exclusively for protective footwear. This innovative zipper is both waterproof and airtight, featuring an ingenious connection mechanism. This design effectively resolves a common problem in other waterproof zippers – their inability to fully separate into two parts. Beyond its waterproof qualities, this zipper also facilitates quick removal and replacement of the cover, enhancing the practicality and efficiency of our protective footwear.

Our innovative design includes the use of 3D-printed fasteners, which effectively seal the slit in the zipper under stress, completely eradicating the risk of water leakage. This modification is specifically aimed at leak prevention, ensuring that liquids remain contained for added security and peace of mind.
